We have all of the aerobics classes
you are looking for. Our YMCA offers Pilates, Zumba Fitness, Abs & Spinning,
Spinning, Stretch Plus, Target Training, Walking, and Yoga.

Spinning
The Spinning program is the original
and most popular group cycling class. You’ll torch an average of 500 calories per 40-minute
ride. you’ll get a heart pounding yet low-impact workout—while maintaining
the ability to go at your own pace.
Pilates
Strengthens the core muscles by developing pelvic stability
and abdominal control. Exercises improve flexibility and strength.
Zumba Fitness
How many times have you gone to a workout class that labeled itself as fun and easy-to-learn, only to struggle to follow the moves or leave feeling like you broke a blood vessel instead of a sweat? The truth is Zumba is that class you’ve always dreamed of. High-energy, Latin-themed exercise routines with, yes, easy-to-follow steps. Try today’s hottest fitness phenomenon “the class that is taking the world by storm”.

Yoga
In yoga, relaxation and stress-reduction are key benefits. You
will also see gains in physical and mental strength and flexibility.
Target Training
This class incorporates aerobics, line dancing,
interval circuits, weight lifting, stretching and more for a comprehensive
workout.
Stretch Plus
Move through a variety of exercises to increase muscular strength,
range of motion, and physical skills for everyday life. Chair is used
for support.
Youth Triathlon
The Triathlon is the fastest growing multi-sport in the world. It creates fun
competition between youth athletes. Triathlons are perfect because they challenge
youth athletes to cross train in three disciplines swim, bike and run. Space
is limited sign up for 20 minutes of running, 20 minutes of spinning and 20 min
of lazy river action. T-Shirt included.
Youth Fitness
This six session program provides information on cardiovascular
exercise, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and healthy
eating. Includes instruction on proper use of cardio and strength
training equipment. Successful completion of the course enables
youth to workout in the fitness center. For ages 11-13.
The Edge
Sports fanatics get ready for the fall sports season. The
Edge was designed and developed to meet the needs of
tomorrow’s athlete, an athlete who strives for an edge on
the competition. We’ve combined plyometric training methods
and explosive lifting to create the perfect sports conditioning
program.
